I dont want to advertise any content creators, but I simply did what this guy showed at the part "Project Lasso Walkthrough". I simply set CPU and stuff for EFT in Lasso to "High". The fps still jump up and down a bit, but its 100% a positive change. On Factory I even manage to hold my 144 fps for my monitor. Try doing the same process changes with task manager and you'll most likely run into the exact same issues.

Same with Woods, which went from like 70 to 100. If making changes with Process Lasso causes your system to crash or otherwise go unstable, you have hardware issues that have nothing to do with Process Lasso itself.
HOW TO KEEP PROCESS LASSO OFFLINE
Now I tried Project Lasso with some simple adjustments and actually got around 30% more fps.I just tried a few offline raids and some Scav runs and got on Customs for the first time over 100fps.
